Junior High Grade 7-8 Teacher(s)

The ideal candidate will have: * A Manitoba Teacher's Certificate or eligibility for teacher certification in the Province of Manitoba.* Demonstrated ability to program and teach all academic subjects in a Junior High classroom.* Knowledge of K-8 Manitoba curriculum and cross curricular planning.* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an effective team member.* Ability to teach basic French is an asset.* Excellent classroom management skills.* Demonstrated ability and experience in the differentiation of instruction to meet the needs of all learners.* Ability to build a program with a northern perspective.* A knowledge and sensitivity to the traditions and aspirations of students with diverse abilities and backgrounds.* A commitment to culturally proficient education.  Applicants are requested to submit a comprehensive resume stating qualifications, experience and references.Inquiries can be directed to Angele Bartlett, Superintendent of Human Resources & Policy at 204-677-6154.
