Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Youth Center, ensuring that all Youth Programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Represents Youth Programs with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Responsible for the financial operation of the Youth Programs, the facilities, grounds, equipment, health and safety. Ensures program meets established financial goals.
